What areas do you serve?
I provide service to central Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. Including, but not limited to: Altoona, Hollidaysburg, Huntingdon, State College, Chambersburg, Carlisle, and Harrisburg.
Do you travel for sessions?
Yes, I do travel for sessions and events. I include a certain amount of travel with packages and I'm willing to travel further with a travel fee (to cover cost of gas, etc.)
What are your hours?
My office hours are Monday through Friday from 10AM-3PM (when I answer calls, e-mails, and schedule sessions. I also book sessions outside that time frame and on weekends on a case by case basis.
How do I book a session?
There are several options to book a session:

You will be sent the session details and agreement with your invoice. And you will need to pay the session deposit to reserve the session/event date and time. By paying the deposit, you agree to the terms.

What are your Deposit and Payment Policies?
A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule with GinnyMae Photography to secure your date and time. For Mini Sessions: $25, for Full Portrait Sessions: $50, and for Weddings and Events: 30% (Minimum of $200). This can be paid immediately when you receive your online invoice.
The remainder of the session fee is due on or before the session date. You are welcome to pay all up front or wait to pay the remainder on the session day. If paid online there is a 5% payment processing fee, if in person there is not. If paying by check, please make payable to Virginia Tillery.

What are your cancellation and rescheduling policies?
Cancellations and No Shows will forfeit the non-refundable deposit. Rescheduling Rescheduling due to weather concerns or emergencies will be considered on a case to case basis by GinnyMae Photography. In acceptable cases, there will be no charges associated with rescheduling. For any other rescheduling, client will forfeit deposit and a new deposit will be due to schedule another session.
Do you schedule on Holidays?
​GinnyMae Photography will schedule on a major Holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, Easter, New Year’s Eve)- when available, with a $50 Holiday fee.
Why are Event Minis less than regular sessions?
I provide "Event Minis" throughout the year. Mainly on holidays, but sometimes just a fun random setup (like paint splatter minis). These are a special setup, booking several people for the same setup/session in one day. So I'm able to do it at a lower price from regular sessions.
Receiving Photos
Photos will be received between 1-3 weeks of your session, depending on the time of year (Holiday season is slower).
